We needed a complete overhaul of our website after 10 years of miscellaneous edits. It would have been okay to make just a design change, but what we really needed was a radically different communication strategy. Kay met with us to understand our business and thus began a yearlong process of redesign and fresh communication. Kay was open-minded and innovative and succeeded in getting us to shift our perspective from the old way to what could be. We loved working with her and loved how she kept us from getting off track.
